In the unlikely event that you bought something from which you had a different expectation, return is no problem. We do not offer an exchange service. The costs for the return shipment are for own account, unless the item shows a defect.
If you have already made a payment, you will receive a credit invoice and the amount you paid will be refunded to your account number.
Products that will be returned should, if possible, include:
- the original, undamaged packaging (including all accessories belonging to the article)
- with the copy invoice
- a completed return form and return it within 14 days of receipt.
To process your package as quickly as possible it is useful to follow the following tips:
- Return the item in an undamaged packaging.
- To keep the original packaging as good as possible, it can best be packed in a box.
- Stick the return address on the longest side of the package. Bring the package to the post office. You will receive a proof of dispatch at the post office, save this until the return is fully finished.
As soon as the item is returned to us, you will receive an automatic message. We strive to finish your return as soon as possible. Our aim is to handle this within 1-2 business days after receiving the package
