Do I nee dan account to shop at KidsDepot?
You have the choice to place an order with an account or without an account. By creating an account at KidsDepot, you can go through the payment process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view orders, track& trace and more. It is also possible to place a one-time order, fill your shopping cart and then click on cash register, your data will then be used once for this order.

 Are all items in stock?
Yes, unless it is mentioned that the item in question is not in stock. 

Can I buy a sold out / expected item?
No, reervation or pre-ordering is unfortunately not possible. 

When is an item in stock again?
That varies per item. If you would like to know when a particular item is available, you can send an email to info@coming.nl 

How long does it take before I receive an order?
We aim for a delivery time, if in stock, of 1 to 2 working days. 

Can I change my order?
Changing an order online is not possible after placement. Of course you can always contact info@coming.nl

 How can I track my order?
You will receive a track & trace code per email to track your order.

What are the shipping costs?

We use the following shipping costs:
– Orders up to € 75,- (small accessoires)…………………………………….€ 6,95

– Small furniture such as chairs, stools and the larger items……………….€9,- 

The orders are delivered per GLS.

 A surcharge applies for orders to Belgium and Germany.
